A native of L'Alcúdia, Jonatan
Penalba is already a veteran in the world of song, despite his
youth. He was introduced to traditional music at a very early age.
His first album, De soca-rel (2018), quickly earned him a prominent
place on the Valencian folk music scene, and now his latest work,
Reversions, presents a slightly different artist. With this album,
he moves away from traditional sounds and towards pop, but without
completely forgetting his roots.
