In these difficult times, Palau de les Arts wishes to thank its Season Ticket Subscribers for their commitment and support which has been essential to develop and consolidate an artistic and cultural project, that will celebrate its 15 years next October.
But this is not the first time that Les Arts values your support. In the past, thanks to your trust in our artistic offer, Les Arts has been able to overcome complex situations and has succeeded to carry on its activity during these 14 seasons of opera, zarzuela, concerts, recitals and dance.
For this reason, Les Arts’ team is working to continue offering the highest artistic quality and, like in past scenes, your commitment and support are crucial to make Les Arts an ineluctable reference for opera lovers.

- Tickets for postponed or cancelled events included in any of the Season Ticket Turns of 2019-2020 Season.
Postponed events. If Les Arts is able to offer the event in the current 2019-2020 Season, your tickets will be valid for the new dates. Previously, you will be duly informed of the new dates.
Cancelled events. The price of the tickets for the cancelled events included in the several combinations of Season Tickets, will be considered an advance of the total amount of your Season Ticket renewal for 2020-2021 Season.
If, unfortunately and by any reason, you won’t be able to continue being one of our subscribers during 2020-2021 Season, together with the cancellation of your subscription, we will proceed to reimburse the price of the tickets.
- Tickets not included in the Season Ticket Turns of 2019-2020 Season, and that were bought during the preferential sales period or during the ordinary sales period.
For the Postponed events as well as for the Cancelled events, the additional and extraordinary tickets bought aside from the Season Ticket Subscription will be managed the same way as general purchase tickets.
If the Subscriber has used the Subscriber’s Advantage option to change any of the events of Les Arts és Simfònic and/or Les Arts és Lied included in his/her Subscription, for another event in the corresponding cycle, and should this new event be a postponed or a cancelled one, the tickets will be considered as if they were included in the Subscription. The same will be applied to the tickets for Il viaggio a Reims of any of the Season Ticket Turns that had asked for a change of date and chose to attend the performance on 14 March, which has been cancelled.
