ZAMBOMBA FLAMENCA
Flamenco Zambomba Zambombas are among the most deeply rooted traditions of southern Spain. They are festive gatherings where Christmas carols are performed with flamenco singing and dancing in an atmosphere that encourages audience participation. They are celebrated every December from the Feast of the Immaculate Conception onwards, especially in Jerez de la Frontera and throughout the province of Cádiz, where the streets fill with music, palmas and flamenco. This season, the popular celebration arrives at the Teatre Martín i Soler for an authentic flamenco evening filled with music, dance, duende and the emotion of sharing the experience with the audience.
