Guillermo García-Calvo and Mario Gas analyze the intricacies of ‘La tabernera del puerto’ at Les Arts

The Palau de les Arts hosts this Monday, October 28, at 7:30 p.m., in the Aula Magistral, a meeting between Guillermo García-Calvo and Mario Gas to analyze the intricacies of 'La tabernera del puerto', by Pablo Sorozábal.
The musical director and stage director of this production, which will be performed at Les Arts until November 3, analyze, under the moderation of Pablo Font de Mora, the music and dramaturgy of what is considered to be "one of the last great zarzuelas in history".
This initiative, with free access until the room is full, is part of the new 'Perspectives' cycle, which Les Arts is launching in collaboration with Amics de l'Òpera i de les Arts de la Comunitat Valenciana.
Throughout the season, the arts center offers, through this program, the opportunity to learn more about the protagonists of each of the operas and zarzuelas performed in the Main Hall. 'Perspectives' is part of the 'Les Arts és per a tots' (The Arts are for everyone) program, dedicated to promoting and opening up the arts center's activities to the public.
