Iván Ayón-Rivas
Faust
Iván Ayón-Rivas has studied with operatic luminaries such as Juan Diego Flórez, Ernesto Palacio, and Luigi Alva. He is the winner of several competitions, including Operalia 2021. His recent engagements include Lucia di Lammermoor in Genoa and Bologna, Mavra/Gianni Schicchi and La bohème at the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, Verdi's Requiem in Marseille, Rigoletto at La Fenice in Venice, Faust in Palermo, La traviata and I lombardi at the Teatro Real, Eugene Onegin and William Tell in Vienna, Macbeth at La Scala, Faust and Les contes d'Hoffmann at La Fenice, Falstaff in Paris, Rigoletto in Florence with Fabio Luisi and in Rome with Daniele Gatti, Don Pasquale and Gianni Schicchi at the Liceu, and La traviata in Venice, Florence, and Rome. He will soon sing Falstaff in Vienna, Rigoletto at Covent Garden, and La traviata at La Scala. He made his debut at Les Arts in the production of L'heure spagnole/Gianni Schicchi .
