New production of the Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía, in co-production with Ananda Dansa and with the collaboration of the Gran Teatre Antonio Ferrandis de Paterna. After nearly 40 years of existence, the company Ananda Dansa has established itself as one of the most important in Spain within the contemporary dance repertoire. Based at the Gran Teatre Antonio Ferrandis de Paterna, it has received 10 Max Awards and the National Dance Award. The choreographer Rosángeles Valls, director and founder of the institution, recently awarded the Gold Medal for Merit in the Fine Arts, bids farewell to the stage with the creation of a new production for Les Arts, Âtman, the farewell, featuring music by her regular collaborator Pep Llopis.
