The first day of telephone sales for season tickets at the Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía saw a high volume of calls, peaking at over 2,000 calls in 15 minutes, which caused periods of phone line saturation. Such situations are common during the first few hours of sales for top-tier entertainment and cultural events.
The Palau de les Arts apologizes to the public for any inconvenience caused by telephone waits and dropped calls beyond the organization's control, and informs them that subscription requests will be processed progressively. In this regard, the auditorium states that it offers a wide range of subscription options, in terms of both type and number, sufficient to meet the high demand.

The Palau de les Arts reminds everyone that telephone ticket sales continue until August 25th, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM on weekdays and from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
