Plácido Domingo will pay tribute to Puccini at the Palau de les Arts on February 20th, along with other opera stars.

The Palau de les Arts will host the Extraordinary Tribute Concert to Puccini on February 20th, in which Plácido Domingo will lead the Orchestra of the Valencian Community to commemorate the 150th Anniversary of the birth of the universal Italian composer.
The concert will also feature some of the most acclaimed opera singers of the Puccini repertoire, such as the celebrated tenor Roberto Alagna.

Domingo, who begins rehearsals tomorrow at the Superior Auditorium of the coliseum with the Orchestra of the Valencian Community, arrived in Valencia today and took the opportunity to oversee the preparations for the concert as well as the Auditorium where this concert will be held.
