The Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía begins next Monday, January 19, in the Aula Magistral, a cycle – consisting of six concerts – dedicated to chamber music, within the programming of the third season of the Valencian opera center.
The concerts will feature the professors of the resident ensemble of the Palau de les Arts, who will perform a repertoire ranging from 17th-century concerts, such as Vivaldi's The Four Seasons, masterpieces of the Romantic period, to 20th-century compositions.

This coming Monday, members of the Orquestra de la Comunitat Valenciana will inaugurate this series with a program that includes Ludwig van Beethoven's Septet in E-flat major, Op. 20, Carl Nielsen's Serenata in vano, and Richard Strauss's The Adventures of Till Eulenspiegel. As part of its commitment to making its own programming more accessible to the Valencian public, the Palau de les Arts has set affordable prices, with tickets at a single price of ten euros for each concert.

This is a great opportunity to hear the outstanding musicians of the Orquestra de la Comunitat Valenciana in leading roles, an orchestra that critics have already established as one of the world's leading musical ensembles.
