Valencia (05.09.24). The Orquestra de la Comunitat Valenciana (OCV) and its musical director, James Gaffigan, will visit the towns of Torrent (12), Llíria (13) and Cullera (14) this September as part of the 'Les Arts amb Tu' tour, which aims to bring opera and music to all towns in the Valencian Community.

Gaffigan and the resident orchestra of Les Arts resume their activity in the Valencian territory this coming Thursday in Torrent, in a concert held in collaboration with the Provincial Council of Valencia, after an intense summer, in which the OCV and the New York maestro have received unanimous praise from national critics for their performances at the most prestigious Spanish festivals.

Following the brilliant opening of the Santander International Festival on August 3, the group has been one of the main attractions of the summer music circuit with commitments such as the closing of the 63rd edition of the Pollença Festival or the opening of the XXXII Soriano Musical Autumn, which will take place tonight.

For its Valencian tour, the Orquestra de la Comunitat Valenciana proposes a spectacular program with which to enjoy the excellence and virtuosity of the musicians of the group, with the works 'Obertura Leonore N? 3', by Beethoven, the 'Third' symphony by Brahms and 'Capriccio espagnol' by Rimsky-Korsakov, on the lectern.

The OCV will culminate this intense tour at the Auditori de Les Arts with the concert that will conclude the Open Day of the opera house next Sunday, September 15 (8.00 p.m.).
