The young performer is first violinist and founder of the Aviv String Quartet, as well as concertmaster of the Orchestre de la Suisse Romande in Geneva. Ostrovsky has performed in Germany, Austria, Canada, China, France, England, Israel, and Russia, among other countries.
Next, soloists Jinkyung Park, Adriana Di Paola, Mario Cerdá and Andrea Mastroni and the Cor de la Generalitat Valenciana will take to the stage of the Auditori to join the main ensemble of the Palau de les Arts in the performance of the Coronation Mass by the Austrian composer.
The Argentinean Ariel Ramírez's Misa criolla takes center stage in the second part of this concert.
