Valencia (21.1.25). The Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía inaugurates the third edition of 'Les Arts és Musiques Valencianes', with a performance by the renowned Valencian quartet 'La Habitación Roja', one of the leading groups in the national indie-rock scene, next Friday, January 24, 2025, at 7.30 p.m. in the Auditori.

As their introduction to Les Arts, Jorge Martí (vocals and guitar), Pau Roca (guitar), Marc Greenwood (bass) and José Marco (drums) will perform songs from their latest work, 'CREAR'', the fourteenth album in their almost 30-year career, in which the Valencian band, with their melancholic melodies, introspective lyrics and evocative guitars, pays homage to their mothers:

“The love and unconditional support that our mothers exude contrasts with all the superficiality and excessive worship of image and youth that bombards us and that always leaves aside the women who not only gave us life, but have preserved and encouraged it since they gave birth to us.”

CREAR, explain the members of the Valencian band, represents a vindication of “experience, maturity, trajectory, and the determination to carry out your projects and those of your own.”

The 'Les Arts és Músiques Valencianes' cycle will cover three weeks of the Valencian lyric theatre program, from January 24 to February 9, with a lineup that also includes performances by Doña Manteca, La Plata, Novembre Elèctric and Andreu Valor.
