Valencia (03/25/21). The Palau de les Arts returns to open its new doors this day, March 28, at 12:00 p.m., with a new session of 'Matins a Les Arts' with the singers of the Center de Perfection with the protagonists.
The main room is, once again, the scene of this activity, where the Arts invites the citizens to discover the building designed by Santiago Calatrava, to see 'in situ' the most artistic activity of the most important acts and to contemplate an exhibition of costumes from the most applauded productions of the theater per so soles five euros.
Rubén Fernández Aguirre, one of the most successful repertoire masters in the world today, accompanies the artists of the Center de Perfection: the sopranos Aida Gimeno and Larisa Stefan; mezzo-sopranos Amber Fasquelle and Evgeniya Khomutova; the tenors Jorge Franco and Joel Williams; the baritone Oleh Lebedyev and the bass-bariton Max Hochmuth.
Les Arts dedicates this matinée to the lied and its multiple expressions on pages of some of the most relevant authors of the 19th and 20th centuries. Barber, Brahms, Txaikovski, Duparc, Fauré, Liszt, Rajmaninov, Ravel and Schubert make up the program for this session, which also includes a record for the recently deceased Antón García Abril with two songs that belong to his six cycles 'Seven Songs of Love' and 'Homenaje a Gayarre'.
As a complement to the performance, the main lobby offers an exhibition of the costumes that Mariana Fracasso will design for the production of the Arts of 'Narciso', by Domenico Scarlatti. The opera, with stage direction by Davide Livermore, will pay tribute to the aesthetics that Wes Anderson devised for his second award-winning film 'The Grand Budapest Hotel'.
Arts with safety
Les Arts reminds us that the regulations of the health authorities are strictly complied with to guarantee the safety of the public in all its shows.
In addition to the temperature control and the mandatory mask, the enabling staff ensures that the maintenance of interpersonal distance remains adequate, and there is also access and clearance of the control room to avoid crowding.
These measures are also combined with the restrictions of sinks and elevators, different points of hydroalcoholic gel dispensers, together with the permanent renewal of the air for 24 hours and the daily disinfection with the authorized biocidal products.
Així mateix, the theater management asks the public to plan their arrival in advance enough to guarantee fluid access to the room.
