Rubén Fernández Aguirre is one of the pianists most sought after by millions of people, both nationally and internationally, which combines with an active work in the recovery and dissemination of the Spanish musical heritage, in which the six previous works stand out in the three operas of Manuel García.
Fernández Aguirre, who will direct and perform 'Un avvertimento ai gelosi' in its second concert version in Seville in 2016, underlines the importance of being able to perform for the first time a work that is aimed at the general public, whose performances are only known to have been performed at the Paris academy by Mateix García.

“It is interesting to establish two plans to study both naturalism and a more affecting dramatic concept, the singers of the Center fan a jump from character to actor, and vice versa, at all times, and we have included four actors in the production to create this plot,” he explained.
The 'regista' has also valued the importance of García's salon operas. “The score is demanding and complicated, as Rossini, Bellini and Mozart can guess, but the layout of the work itself allows the director not to distract from other resources and focus on the artists' interpretation.”
Jesús Iglesias Noriega explained that 'Un avvertimento ai gelosi' was the official presentation of the new promotion of the Center de Perfectionament, which since September has been working in the Arts with the assessment of the soprano María Bayo.
Rosa María Dávila (Sandrina), Marcelo Solís (Berto), Jorge Franco (Il Conte di Ripaverde), Carlos Fernando Reynoso (Don Fabio), Laura Orueta (Ernesta) and Xavier Hetherington (Menico) assume the main papers.
In this sense, Jesús Iglesias Noriega has pointed out that Manuel García's work is a "fantastic opportunity to get into the opera for the first time. The beauty of music, a simple plot and a duration that does not exceed one hour and quarter are joined to a young distribution and a fresh muntatge."
In addition to the premiere of this event, November 12, Les Arts has scheduled more performances of "An Avvertimento ai gelosi" on the 17th and 20th of that month. Tickets for this show have a single price of 35 euros.
