Les Arts launches new discounts and special rates for young people

  • Les Arts will apply a 50% discount for those under 35 years of age on specific performances of each of the opera titles this season.
  • A single price of 15 euros is created for tickets to the 'Les Arts és Lied' and 'Les Arts és Simfònic' cycles for those under 29 years of age.

Valencia (26.02.22). The Palau de les Arts is launching new discounts and rates this week to encourage younger audiences to access its main programming lines: opera, 'Lied' and symphonic music.

Following the consolidation of initiatives such as 'Preestrena fins a 28', which has allowed thousands of spectators up to 28 years old to enjoy a lyrical performance for the first time, or 'Matins a Les Arts', with sold-out shows in all its editions, the arts center is expanding its line of action aimed at younger fans.

The three performances of Handel's 'Ariodante' are the starting point of a new pricing policy with which Les Arts is launching its affordable prices policy for the first time for those under 35, offering a 50% discount on all tickets.

This new measure will also be in effect until the end of the current season for specific performances of the remaining titles in the Main Hall program such as Verdi's 'Macbeth' or Berg's 'Wozzeck'.

Les Arts also aims to extend the excellent reception of the opening events in the opera section to other important lines of the theater's artistic activity: symphonic music and 'Lied'.

In this regard, a new single rate of 15 euros has been created for fans up to 28 years old for all shows in both cycles, including the highly anticipated performances of soprano Lisette Oropesa, mezzo-soprano Marianne Crebassa or countertenor Jakub Józef Orli?ski, as well as symphonic concerts by James Gaffigan or Mark Elder.

To this end, Les Arts will reserve a quota of 200 seats in each of the shows programmed in 'Les Arts és Lied' and 'Les Arts és Simfònic'.
