Cristian Arriaga Jiménez

Cristian Arriaga Jiménez is a Mexican pianist specializing in operatic repertoire, with a solid international background gained in Mexico (National Institute of Fine Arts and Literature School of Music), China (College of Chinese and ASEAN Arts), and Germany (BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg). He worked as a rehearsal director for singers and instrumentalists at the Brandenburg University of Technology (BTU) Cottbus-Senftenberg (2024-2025) and has collaborated with artists such as Felicia Weathers, Simone Schröder, and conductor Roman Revueltas. His career includes experience as a pianist for musical theater and orchestras. He was awarded second prize in the INBAL Piano Competition and received full scholarships for academic excellence. He is currently a member of the Centre de Perfeccionament at the Palau de les Arts.
