Cristian Arriaga Jiménez

Cristian Arriaga Jiménez is a Mexican pianist specialized in lyrical repertoire, with a solid international training in Mexico (INBAL School of Music), China (College of Chinese and ASEAN Arts) and Germany (BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg). He worked as a répétiteur for singers and instrumentalists at the Brandenburg Technical University (BTU) Cottbus-Senftenberg (2024-2025), and he has collaborated with professionals such as Felicia Weathers, Simone Schröder and conductor Roman Revueltas. His career includes experience as a musical theatre pianist and he has also played with orchestras. He has been awarded second prize in the INBAL Piano Competition and obtained full scholarships for academic excellence. He is currently a member of the Centre de Perfeccionament del Palau de les Arts.
