Pablo Rubin-Jurado
Tenor
A native of Honolulu (United States), he trained at Juilliard Pre-College (first in composition with Eric Ewazen and then in singing with Lorraine Nubar) and in the composition program of the New York Youth Symphony. Since 2020 he has been studying with William Burden at the Juilliard School, and has attended masterclasses with Dalton Baldwin, Lorraine Nubar and Francisco Araiza, annually, at the European Music Institute in Vienna. He has sung in the opera titles L'infedeltà delusa and Le nozze di Figaro at the Juilliard and is part of the choir of the Fifth Avenue Presbyterian Church, which recorded its first album in 2024. Winner of competitions such as Enkor International Music and The American Prize, he was also awarded by the YoungArts and the Schmidt Undergraduate competitions. He is a member of the Centre de Perfeccionament del Palau de les Arts.
