In the 2025-2026 season, Mariangela Sicilia returns to Parma as Desdemona in Otello, to the Teatro alla Scala as Liù in Turandot and to the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino as Cleopatra in Giulio Cesare. She also debuts the title roles of Maria Stuarda at the Hamburg State Opera and Luisa Miller at the Palau de les Arts, where she previously sang Pamina in The Magic Flute (2018) and Corinna in The Journey to Reims (2020). Her upcoming engagements include Alcina and Carmen (Micaëla) at the Rome Opera, Pagliacci, and Così fan tutte at the Teatro Comunale of Bologna, Don Giovanni (Donna Elvira) at the Teatro Massimo in Palermo, La bohème (Mimì) at the Sydney Opera House and the Deutsche Oper Berlin, in addition to La Traviata in Muscat, the Deutsche Oper Berlin and the San Carlo Theatre in Naples and the Comunale Theatre in Bologna.
