Patricia Albizu
Set design and costumes
Patricia Albizu, a set and costume designer from Markina-Xemein, Bizkaia, graduated in Dramatic Arts (Set Design) and holds postgraduate degrees in Stagecraft and Digital Technology (Institut del Teatre) and Interior Design (Elisava). She works in contemporary theater, performance art, and audiovisual projects, and teaches at the Institut del Teatre. She regularly collaborates with artists such as Àlex Rigola, José y sus Hermanas, and Irene Vicente Salas. Her visual language is refined, characterized by an integrated conception of space and costume. Among her recent theater works are El Mestre i Margarita and Morir lo hace todo el mundo (both at the Teatre Lliure). In the audiovisual sector, she has worked as an art director and set designer for Sony Music Spain, and has also collaborated with brands such as Louis Vuitton and Joma Sport.
