Fabio Antoci

Italian lighting designer Fabio Antoci began his career in Italy with Gruppo Iarba/Circuito Teatrale Siciliano and director Nino Romeo. In 2004, he joined the Semperoper Dresden, becoming head of lighting, audio, and video in 2008. He has designed lighting for over 50 ballet and opera productions. He has also collaborated with the Theater an der Wien, Teatro Massimo in Palermo, Finnish National Opera, Basel Theatre, Bunka Kaikan and the New National Theatre in Tokyo, the Salzburg Easter Festival, the Dresden Music Festival, the Aalto Theatre in Essen, the Palau de les Arts, the Nuremberg State Theatre, and the Pesaro Festival. His upcoming projects include Innocence (Nuremberg State Theatre) and The Snow Queen (Dresden Semperoper).
