There is a cloakroom in the main lobby. Patrons are asked to leave umbrellas, large bags and backpacks, cameras and any audio or video recorders at the cloakroom. For security reasons, articles left at the cloakroom may be subject to inspection.
Food service Cafeteria
The cafeteria is open before and during all opera performances and concerts.
Restaurant
The restaurant of the Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía, located in the Saló del Túria, is open after all performances given in the Sala Principal and the Auditori. Reservations required.

The approximate duration of each performance can be found at this Web 2 days before the actual performance.
Subtitles
Most of the seats in the Sala Principal are equipped with subtitle screens, including those located in Row 5 in the Platea and in Row 20 in the Platea Alta. These screens allow our patrons to follow the plot of staged operas, concert operas and certain recitals more easily.
